"I been trying to get an appointment for my son since August, every time i call it goes stray to their answering machine. I have left multiple voice messages and no one has called me back. Today I went to their office with the hope of setting an appointment, it was closed for lunch so I waited. I saw multiple employees go in. It said it was open but the main doors were never unlocked. I waited hoping someone would say something no one did. Not sure anymore if they are not taking new patients or what’s the deal. There were 3 other families waiting to make an appointment since they too have been calling for weeks and one answers or call back."
"I don’t typically do reviews, but in this case, this one deserves one. Had my little ones six month check up with my son. Came in and they did the cleaning x-rays fluoride treatment, ETC. Afterwords there was some discussion about potentially needing to do a baby tooth extraction due to crowding. My son was a little upset obviously being six years old he was scared and crying in the office. I checked out at the front desk Made a payment that was due that day left and came home. I didn’t realize until the next day that I was charged the full amount for the visit and that my insurance wasn’t ran. So I came back to the office today and discussed with the front office staff regarding my predicament that I paid the full price of the visit as a cash pay self-pay, instead of running my dental insurance. Instead of holding onto my money until insurance reimbursement and then refunding me months later, they made it right by refunding me my money then and billing my insurance. They didn’t have to do that, but it was the right thing to do and they did me right, especially right here before the holidays when everyone can use some more coins in their hand.We like this dental office. Everybody’s kind and nice inside and professional. The dental hygienist do their job like they’re supposed to and they’re patient with the little ones inside. And they Dentist himself is professional and knowledgeable. I just want to say thank you to the front office staff, and the nice young man upfront that helped me out with this. You never know what people are going through in life and simple things like this, by being genuine is an example of the character of this establishment. Thank you guys."
"Probably one of the best experiences I have had at a pediatric dentist. Especially the lady that checked me in and the woman that helped her. Absolutely the sweetest people. All welcoming and awesome people. Thank you!"
"Absolutely not! I was under the impression this was a great place for my kids to go. However upon becoming patients here I found this office is disorganized and the dentist often does not even show up. We made appointments 4 months out and he was still not able to show up! However the office sent text saying appointments confirmed, insurance approved. . .and the day of the appointment they say. . .sorry please call to make another appointment. My time is just as valuable as the dentists and preparing pediatric patients to go to the dentist just to be told sorry we can't hold our end of the bargain. They charge extra if the patient does not show up, but it's ok if the dentist cant get show up. We won't be rescheduling after waiting 4 months, and we won't be back."
