"I tried to schedule my 3 girls their yearly appointments all together, after school, same day as I've done for years. The first thing the scheduler tells me is that she isn't sure if it's time for them to come in and the only way she can see is to pull their insurance. After putting me on hold, she offers me 1 appointment 3 months from now (March) for ONLY 1 child!? I responded, is that for all the girls, she tells me no, we can't see them all like that, then proceeds to tell me the next evening appointment she has is 5 months (May) away. I told her that was fine, I'll need all 3 girls the same day, she then said no that's only 1 and I should've told her I needed all 3 when that's what my initial call was for but first she tells me she doesn't know if it's time for them, because they don't pull the insurance u til a few days before the appointment and if its not time, they just reschedule! What sense does this make when I'm already agreeing to wait 5 months for them to be seen together. So after I tell her how much sense it doesn't make, she proceeded to tell me she wasn't going to argue and got upset because of what she said! I'll be finding another office that's more helpful. We've been going here for years, I've never encountered this older lady on the phone. The younger women normally have no problem scheduling all my girls together. I'm sure I'm not the only parent requesting same appointment date for multiple children. It's ridiculous!"

"I called and asked for the license number of the dentist and was refused and both receptionist were extremely rude, the last name of the dentist listed on the website is not licensed with DOH. I've reported this to MQA for investigation. Oh, and she hung up on me."

"This was my dentist several years backI really liked it thereI loved the dental hygienist she was greatThe ladies who work there were really niceThe dentist was really goodOn one of my visits they had remodeled their bathroom and put tile floors ithe tile guy's did notPut the drain cover in place properly I hit it with my big toe I had flip flops on it ripped my toenail off. Got antibiotics missed 2 week's of work. Missed my appointment with them then they sent me a letter dismissing from there practice. Would not give me even a explanation why. I never tried to sue them or ever suggested it. I have good dental insurance I can't understand why they would treat me this way."

They were always so pleasant and the follow ups were even better. If you had any questions or concerns they were always willing to assist. I would recommend this office for all your dental needs, that front desk staff Ms Kelly was so kind and that office mgr Tiera made sure I felt most comfortable with my services explaining to me in good detail!! "We had an appointment on February 3 and they called me ( after work schedule posted) to change it. They moved it 2 weeks back to February 17 and now we are the only people in the parking lot and there is no one inside. This is now 2 days of work I have lost, I'm not happy! The care is good the communication is absurd! Why would you schedule someone on a day you are not open?!? And where is the courtesy call that says hey sorry we're again going to have to change your appointment!?!"
