"I strongly recommend to not bring your pet here. The most unprofessional, rude, abusive, and heartless staff I have ever encountered. There is always a problem when I bring my dog here— almost every single time she has to put under anesthesia and I have to be charged hundreds of dollars. They mainly only care about your money and this is clear to me now after the most recent visit where my dog had a surgical procedure and when I picked her up she had a plastic stick hanging out of her rectum. Their excuse was “forgetting” to take it out. I am paying thousands of dollars and instead of receiving, what I believed to be, caring and helpful treatment by loving staff and vet, my dog is being abused as a result of their malpractice. I rate this pet hospital -5 stars"
