"If you want to be reprimanded, belittled and treated like garbage from the pharmacist and staff-go here. I’ve never seen a pharmacy run like this and how these people still have jobs is beyond me. Rude and hateful! They never have what you need in stock, always send you to other locations and never are willing to help. The pharmacist was named in other reviews-I agree. Horrible. She and her staff need to be replaced. Switching to Walgreens because of THEM"

"Drugstore had very poor customer service. The staff (Maria-Grazia Foruria) was unhelpful, unprofessional, and rude. There was no effort to try to provide solutions or help customers with their inquiries. The situation was made worse by long wait times and a lack of knowledge of products. The overall shopping experience was unpleasant."

"The store pharmacist, M G, is the most outstanding pharmacists I have met with CVS. She is the proof that all pharmacists are not equals. That is the person that makes the store. I was appaled by the CVS I had in Atlanta. I moved to Miami beach and met this incredible lady. Last week my doctor did a huge mistake and gave me a very wrong dosage on unithroid. I would have taken it not knowing. But MG noticed the mistake filling in my prescription. I called the doctor and MG WAS RIGHT! This young mother deserves to be noticed by CVS. She needs to train everyone! As long as she stays in this pharmacy I will be a devoted customer."

"Here on vacation and was short on meds. Experienced a trail of snafus, including that nasty pharmacist at the Lincoln Rd. location who let me know that she didn’t care if I died and hung up on me. When I contacted this location, everything changed for the better. The pharmacist was cordial, professional, took charge of the problem, and guided me to resolving it. Not sure if I dealt with the same person at the counter, but she was also polite and professional. The exemplar of excellent customer service."
