"I have been coming here for years because it’s like 5 minutes from my house but to be honest I would take my pet somewhere else if you can. They’re rude and god forbid your dog doesn’t feel good enough to go to her appointment. They suddenly have a cancellation fee because of the other clients that have cancelled in the past. I have been loyal, punctual and always tip the groomer even though they are the most difficult people. I have said this for years. Their are so many trustworthy businesses you can take your pet take you, check those out instead"

"A hidden pup grooming gem on Miami Beach! I had been trimming my pups fur until I found a sweet groomer that I could trust. I passed by here to get my pups food since they were the only place that carried it in the area. What a surprise! Karina was grooming a Shih tzu at the time. So I was able to see her beautiful work! I immediately booked an appointment. When I arrived her daughter was so kind! Such a lovely welcome! Karina (groomer:) was so nice and did the exact style as a photo I showed her. I had provided the photo as inspiration but loved that she really listened to the style I was hoping for:) Beyond delighted with this groomer. A lovely family owned business:) Every detail was perfect! Even Pucci seemed happy when I picked her up:) Absolutely love the posh style and service:)! Yet the price was reasonable!
