However, as soon as the prescription showed up in the pharmacy's system the pharmacist at the CVS on Collins and 74th in Miami Beach called me so I could pick it up prior to my departure for an international trip. "Dayron and ALL of this pharmacy's staff really do care about my family's medical needs, and they truly give 110% effort to meet and exceed them. From vaccinations and immunizations, to Rx filling, to offering helpful advice on my over-the-counter medicine needs they really try to help and offer money saving suggestions, when possible, as well. Even when they are very busy, they still provide excellent and caring service to get the job done and follow-up with me. Compared to many other pharmacies in the area that I've used previously, their wait times are extremely low, and they all are very efficient. I highly recommend them, and I suggest using their excellent app to manage your prescriptions, and helpful savings coupons and rewards too. I have had very good results with them all and their CVS Android app, combined with their SMS text messaging notifications, and I believe you'll be very satisfied here as well. "I felt very fortunate that CVS had one bottle of specialized eyedrops in stock which are not stocked in most pharmacies. I called several pharmacies including Bascon Palmer Eye Institute in Miami and was told that although they had one bottle in stock I would not be able to buy it because I was not a patient of a physician in the hospital. Even though I had a prescription they refused to sell it to me. CVS was extremely helpful in locating the eyedrops in one of their locations, even though the first location of CVS did not have it in stock. I am so grateful for the help I received from CVS. Walgreens did not help me locate it in any of their stores. CVS saved me from calling many more pharmacies. Thank you CVS for all your assistance."

"This pharmacy is probably the worst that I have ever experienced. Never refilled my prescriptions on time. NEVER picked up the phone when I called, on hold for 20-30 minutes….Even telling me that I had refilled it 2 days previous….no, no I did not. Needless to say it is a controlled medication.. Whole lot of monkey business going on there. The only reason they get a star is to post this! Stay away!"
