"Today was a day I will never forget. I have suffered a great loss in the hands of what seems to be a very inexperienced vet. The price we payed for bringing our precious kitty to this animal hospital was his life. His life plus $500 which we would have payed ten times over to still have him with us. Brought my cat in for discomfort from a UTI and under thirty minutes later his lifeless body was handed back to me along with a merciless bill from the smug office manager who not as much muttered a “sorry for your loss” before making sure we would pay up. What a horrible experience that will be with me forever. What was once a trustworthy veterinarian hospital has turned into a place of callous negligence and unforgivable disregard for life. We could hear the girls in the front laughing and joking while we mourned the death of our fur baby. Be smart and make good choices, and NEVER bring a pet into this death trap if you have any sense. I pray for all their future patients and hope that they will come out alive. Not like my gorgeous baby who is now dead and buried. Consider yourselves warned."
