"We took our dog to Sunday (that’s the groomers name) this is our 3rd time taking her. This will also be our last time. She completely butchered her hair! We ask for the same thing every time. A TRIM. DO NOT TOUCH HER TAIL HAIR. Cut her nails, clean her ears. Trim the hair around her feet and butt and neck. Somehow that turned into her shaving my dog?! And it looks horrible. Not to mention when i picked up my dog she peed in the car. I got home and she peed for 30seconds. I called the vet and asked did anyone take the dogs out for a potty brake? Considering they kept her in a kennel for 6hours! There answer was “ they’re suppose to” not good enough! Now we’re worried that her coat won’t grow back normal. We cancel our care plan and all future services. I’m so furious."
