"HOLY SMOKES! I just read the reviews and so happy to report a COMPLETELY different experience! Went into the store early this morning and Juan is the person who helped me. I must say he was able to turn a frown of a day upside down into a smile. The man actually had me laughing while in the store. That was a major accomplishment today and I truly thank him. He is quite the asset to your store. I must also acknowledge Mou - who was extremely helpful in helping me find some items I needed for my mom. Between the two of them I actually had tears in my eyes from laughing so hard! Thank you both for turning my day around. And Sam as well. You are an asset too and I thank you for being there for the start of my day."
"The shift manager at 950 pm on a Sunday was very rude. She walked around saying "I don't really care what people think," while the line piled up. "If it's complicated, I don't want any part of it." What a way to go through life. I don't think it's representative of walgreens values, so the one star is more for her than the store."
"By far the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had in my life. I agree with the numerous other negative reviews that mention the rude attitude of their pharmacy manager, Helga. I found her to be extremely awful, unpleasant, unprofessional, and rude - I would not trust this place with my healthcare with her as the manager. The other people in the pharmacy seem nice though (I live nearby and went for a COVID shot so the other workers were nice). Anyway, after my horrific experience with Helga, I started getting my medication from the Publix next door. Publix Pharmacy is an excellent alternative to this place: Publix Pharmacy has top-notch service, with kind, friendly, and helpful pharmacists (unlike Helga). My experience with this place was awful all around. I’m still debating whether I should contact the Florida Board of Pharmacy to tell them about her behavior and quality of care."
"The manager Helda at the pharmacy is very argumentative and rude. I’m pregnant and need my insulin. Rather than being like call your doctor or insurance to override a refill… she argues with me that I shouldn’t of ran out?????? Not only are you arguing….. but you are putting a mother and her unborn child in danger rather than just being understanding and explaining my other options ? I never ever had to deal with somebody like this . The manager should be fired!!!! Also when I picked up another prescription for a cream, she didn’t even check to use my insurance first, it came out to over a $100…. she was using a discount card. I had to explain to her is that through my insurance and she’s like oh no it’s not, come to find out through my insurance it’s $22. This is the most disrespectful, worse pharmacy I have ever been too. UPDATE - I was right the whole time. She should of called the insurance since it was a new prescription (LIKE I SAID) and they will override it. She said that they probably won’t override it … well look who was wrong. Moral of the story. Be nice and understanding and it can go a long way."
"If it wasn't for convenience I would never come here. The male pharmacist is great but the female pharmacist is rude as anyone I have ever dealt with. Walgreen's..please give you employees some customer service soft skill training and empathy goes a long way. She refused to order a medicine once because it cost too much to keep on stock and had " no guarantee " it would sell. She is more worried about her overhead than her customer. My husband refused to transfer his rx here because of her! I was made to wait an 90 minute once with pneumonia...OK I understand but she knew a Customer who came in after me and waved her over and said don't worry I get that right for you. That customer was in and out in fifteen minutes. Truly made me feel like I did count. Walgreen's do you even care."
