"I went to this Vet twice, both times regarding a broken nail on my dog after a fall. The first Vet gave an antibiotic that was for ‘otic use only’ (ear use). When questioning why that was given for the nail, they reassured me it was fine. After a week of no improvement and a visible infection, we returned to get a proper oral antibiotic. After being charged for another visit and paying additional fees for sedation and X-rays on my dog, I was told the dog had Multiple Myeloma (skin cancer) and I’d be lucky if she made it to Christmas 2022. They recommended amputation of her toe with the broken nail, in order to ‘ease her discomfort for her remaining months’ Heartbroken, I got a second opinion and they did not at all agree with the vet. We got the proper antibiotic, she has healed and is still a healthy dog two years later. I’m grateful that my dog is alive and well and that I didn’t trust these two vets. If you’re thinking of taking your animal here, I recommend you seek an alternative."
