"I've been going to this store for 15+ years. It has had its ups and downs. For the most part, the employees are helpful and friendly. The pharmacy folks are generally nice as well (I think they get beat up a lot), but there is something about the system that makes going to the CVS pharmacy a hassle. I've started going to Publix and have had a much better time of it. That being said, the store is generally in good shape, and now that they have self checkout, I rarely have to wait in a line."

"I rarely post negative reviews, but I'm fed up. It's absurd that there's NO WAY to speak with the Pharmacy, instead being routed to "leave a voicemail and we'll call you back." I need an antibiotic refill, and have left two messages today, but the Pharmacy closes in 45 mins, and no call back yet. Fortunately, my Medicare Part D renewal is coming up, so I'll be able to choose a different "Preferred Pharmacy" that I can rely on."

"Went to pick up my prescription. Pharmacist stated my prescription expired. She told me that she would call my doctor and call me when it was ready. I never received a call, when I went to check on my prescription, the same pharmacist had no answers for me, said sorry my doctors office is closed and I’m hay was it. I sat there for 30 minutes waiting for help. She avoided eye contact with me and kept working on other things instead of trying to help me, even though I stayed I had no more left and could not stop taking abruptly. So disappointed at the health system. People are so careless and really lack empathy."

"I had both of my pfizer vaccines here at this CVS, both times were quick and on time as scheduled, I was able to get my signature card covid vaccine no problem and before I left after the second dose I made sure to pick up some excedrin because I heard stories of symtoms due to the immune system building antibodies ."
