"My wife,Denise Fletcher & I are new to this CVS. At 0130 today, Jeff RPh confirmed that we made the right decision in switching. After giving us the courteous & knowledgeable assistance we needed Jeff then called us back because it seemed to him that the call was dropped. His manner in providing customer service is exemplary in every way. Jeff never made us feel rushed. So refreshing in contrast after 15+ yrs with a nearby competitor pharmacy. "Why on gods green earth would anyone in charge of any kind of medication think it’s a good idea to be unable to contact a real person in the pharmacy?? I have called over and over and all I get is the stupid voicemail that they never reply to. I have psychiatric meds that were meant to be filled around four days ago, I used the app and saw that they were canceled, all I want to know is why and I can’t even get that much because the phone won’t let me talk to a human being. I know it’s not the staffs fault but the higher up who decided this needs to be fired immediately. You were dealing with peoples, potentially life-saving medication and you won’t even give them the option of talking to a human? Disgusting and cheap hire more people to have someone answer the phone I know you can afford it CVS."

"I am disgusted with this CVS. My pediatrician called in a prescription for my two year old son who has a staph infection on his leg the size of a golf ball. I had called because I needed the scripts to be transferred to a different cvs so I could juggle leaving work and picking them up, but was unable to speak to anyone and had to leave voicemails. I called the front store staff and the girl who picked up was so unhelpful and just kept saying "I work at the front" Ya no kidding you work at the front of a CVS, I can tell, cause you're obviously a moron who lacks any empathy or kindness. When I asked if she could please call over to the pharmacy and just transfer me to a live person as this was an emergency she says "well they are required to call you back in 3 hours" 3 HOURS!?!? I'm sure whoever she is doesn't have kids because she was completely numb and insensitive to how stressful my situation was.. to be yanked out of work and have a distressed two year old who's in pain and to hear that I may not hear back from someone for up to 3 HOURS!??! I then speak to a manager who suggests I go online and request this.. meanwhile I'm over here driving with a hysterical two year old that I'm just trying to get some relief for.. so she transfers me.. I wait on hold for 5 minutes.. no one picks up. Normally I would not be someone to leave such a negative review like this but as someone who worked in a pharmacy for 10 years, this is not the way you treat patients, especially when it's an emergency situation for a two year old boy with a serious staff infection. I'll never step foot in a CVS ever again. Absolutely horrible customer service!"

"Pharmacist Jeff was very helpful. After going to another CVS that would not fill our prescription because they were closing in 20 minutes, we called this CVS Pharmacy and Jeff was very helpful. He was kind, courteous, filled our prescription quickly and I will only go here from now on."
