"I have been trying to receive a medical necessary procedure that needs to be expedited by the doctor by the 15th of this month. I never got it. Changed the appointment to the 20th as I personally went by their office as they never answer their phone and was assured that the doctor would get a message that this scan approval need to be expedited. This was after several calls to the insurance company and the company that is actually doing the scan stated the doctor had to expedite the procedure. As of today, February 19, it still had not been authorized and they are closed for the holiday. This scan is very important as it could have something to do with prior cancer but they don’t seem to care. Very disappointing as I am new to this area and worst experience I have had as far as getting the proper care being a cancer patient. Very dissatisfied and scared!!!"

"I just have tried to make an appointment on a bad week. I called 3x between Monday and Thursday and never got a call back to make an appointment. So I booked online and they didn’t have accommodations to see me. It’s so frustrating finding a pcp. The manager didn’t care at all she said “the new patients just have to wait because I’m training”. They could have posted that somewhere and I would not have wasted my time here or fasting all morning in hopes of getting blood work done"
