"I have been with them for a few years. I know them when I had an emergency with my dog, ripping out, her nails coming out of her cage, and they were very good with my pet who has passed away, and they also help me with putting her down due to a massive cancer, they know my pets by name they know us by name they treat our pets very well. The staff is awesome the doctors very awesome I just love it you could email them they will respond. They're very responsive, very attentive and I believe that is worth more than anything in the world especially when we have Fur babies we love as kids. And as soon as we call them for any questions, they're very patient with us in you have to experience their service they are awesome. Are used to go to a supposedly cheaper VET in the area very known and their service was not that great specially when they were just tell you whatever you wanted to hear or anything like that but here they will tell you the truth they will talk to you straight on."

"Im very protective of my doggy Luna and it’s very hard for me to trust anybody with her care but since day one, everybody at BVL has been super kind and has treated my dog very well. Dr. Natela is always very thorough in her explanations and you can tell that she genuinely wants the best for each pet and loves what she does! "Great vet if you like your prescriptions being sent to the pharmacy weeks after they were requested. Every time I call or show up for an appointment, the vet not only fails to send me any relevant/requested information about my visit, but they don’t ever send my dogs important medication to the pharmacy until I’ve played phone tag with them for days on end. On many occasions the RX was either completely different from what the vet was supposed to order, or it wasn’t ordered at all. The office stops answering their phone hours before they close, so good luck getting anything filled after noon on a Friday, you’re SOL until they open again on Monday. I’ve literally had to drive down there and demand my prescription be filled before they leave for the weekend, something they were able to do immediately because although they stopped answering their phones at 3pm, they were all sitting in the lobby not busy at all, with the doors locked well before their closing at 5pm. If you’re there during your listed business hours, why are my calls being ignored hours before close, and why are you trying to avoid servicing your patients? I should not have to angrily show my face and demand to be heard, please learn how to answer your phone and stop being lazy. The vets/techs involved with this animal hospitals horrible business practices need to have their licensing revoked and they need to find another line of work if helping their patients is not their priority."

"I've been going here for years. Recently my dog stopped eating. After an x-ray it was determined that she ate something she shouldn't have and there was blockage in intestines. My dog was getting sicker and weaker the longer we waited. Doctor Turzhanskaya and Maribel complete the surgery long after working hours. Thanks to them I didn't have to say good bye to a friend. The staff care for their patients as if they were their own."
