"I just had a bad experience with this pharmacy. It seems that my Dr needs to be contact to refill my medicine, they always do that at this store. The new lady(black Puerto Rican or Doninican)refused to do that and when I asked to speak with other person she just hang up on me. She is always in a bad mood. I was surprise because people the used to be nice all the time. I met her and while i was getting my medicine they refilled a medicine I do not need it yet, she got mad just for fix that. If this lady do not behavz a lot customers will walk away. She needs some mental medication for sure."

"The last woman I had before was really nice. The woman today was useless. I came in to pick up a perception. The woman told me that it was sent to a different store. I asked her since I am already here if she could send it here. She said no because it’s already filled. Btw I am hard of hearing and she has a mask with a thick Asian accent, so communication was hard. So after asking her numerous times to write down the address so I can go to the right one. I show up to the right one and the perception is not even ready."

"Marcus at this pharmacy is probably the most incompetent pharmacy tech we have ever experienced. I dropped off a script for my husband on a Monday. Went to pick it up the following Saturday and was told they didn’t have the medication. A whole week and no one communicated with us to let us know. I go the next Saturday to drop off the script again, which was given back to me, and again they say the medication is not available. No problem, I told them to contact us when the script has been filled. As we’re well aware that it can be ordered since this is where my husband has always gone to get this script filled. Unfortunately, every time I went, I had to deal with Marcus. Who seems like he hates his life and is just miserable. He swore he took a copy of the script, wrote down my husbands informatio (which they already have on file) and told me they would text him when the script is ready. This kid is so incompetent, my husband goes in a week later to check on the status of the script and they don’t know anything about it. These people are just useless. Don’t come to this pharmacy. It’s now been weeks since we’ve been trying to get this script filled."
