"I have been going to this store for years....middle of last year I decided to add on to my fish " collection" and went bigger too. I established a 55 gallon and went with large goldfish...May I say it was definitely a learning experience and at one point with everything great I got a fish from another store that unfortunately had ick ...it devastated my tank and I was "losing it" when I really got to know Jenn at the Kissimmee location --and she began the journey to helping me try to save the rest...I have 2 other larger tanks now and each time I go to her first to give me advice on different fish...plants ...meds...and no matter what she stays patient with me and what's become my new hobby!! Thank you Jenn and the other associates there, ALL of them have has to deal with me lol...I'm so grateful for their caring patience with me and always smiles even when I'm feeling like I'm a bad fish "mom" letting me know that it's part of the journey! I thank God for them and really appreciate you guys!"

They take their time with my special needs son to answer all his questions, help him get fish etc. They value their customers and are very knowledgeable. If I have an issue or concern Jen is always there to help and solve the problem."
