"We have been using them for years. I’m glad my wife “suggested” we do the pet plan for the dogs - she was right. Everyone here is always very friendly and caring."
"I have been here since 9, and still waiting on someone to take my dog for a drop off appointment. It has been an hour, and I don’t think this wait is normal. Update I checked in with the front desk at 9:50. They paged the vet technician for me and still no one showed up after 10 minutes. So I left at 10 due to work. Since then, I made a new appointment with another vet, and hopefully this new vet will value my business more."
"I have been with Banfield for about 9 years, been to many locations across the state and this one is TERRIBLE. I'm going to start with some background- I have a SUPER anxious dog who works herself up so much her temperature is usually too high to get vaccinated. So I show up with 10 minutes of my appointment in hopes that we are seen on time. Also, this is in noted their system. My appointment was at 1PM, I walked in at 12:52 PM. I was told that the vet had just gone on lunch due to running late and they weren't able to see me for 30 minutes but I could drop her off. I said no thanks I'll wait since she's anxious and he said "Yeah, I see that in the chart. I was going to call but you showed up on time and most people don't do that." Aka my fault? Cool. So I waited. For 40 minutes. Finally taken back and the vet tech is complaining about her day. I didn't respond because my momma said if I don't have anything nice to say, just shut up. The vet didn't even come into the room, they took her in the back so I have no clue what was done to her. She could have just sat there for all I know. Then they bring her back and the vet finally comes in but is acting as though I am inconveniencing her. As if I didn't just wait 30ish minutes past my appointment time. To top it all off, I am apart of their wellness plan and I assumed the tests they were running were included as the vet tech and the vet didn't tell me other wise. But they weren't. Had to pay $35 for the test. Paying is fine, I'd do it for my dog, but a little heads up or asking me if I wanted it would have been nice. I will stick with driving to Oviedo from now on & I suggest you do the same!"
"I had an experience at this vet office, and it's safe to say that if you have time to waste, then I'd recommend this place. The waiting times are consistently frustrating, with long holds on the phone, extended waits in the lobby even for quick pickups, and appointments that feel like a lost cause. I once spent 3 hours there for what felt like a rushed 5-minute chat with a veterinarian. They really need to improve their efficiency and staffing to provide better service. I find it unacceptable when businesses disregard the value of their customers' time. I am cancelling the membership and finding another Vet."
"Been coming here a very long time, today has been the absolute worst. Had Jose as a nurse specifically he put no notes in the computer for our first visit. He tells me my dog has a heart murmur. No type of explanation of the issues or care, So today unfortunately they gave me him again. Which whatever, he was very unfriendly, when it was time for him to take my dog to the back he puts a leash around his neck, I told him to please utilize our harness I’m not comfortable with him wearing that around his neck. He then cites his experience and that the dog would be fine. Which I don’t GAF how long he’s been in his profession, my dog coughs and I don’t want him being choked by the leash they wrap around his neck. He takes the harness out of my hand like with an attitude. I come back later and to be funny he comes out with the harness in a bag and the leash around his neck,I go to my dog and he drops the leash on the ground. And doesn’t even explain what was done. Unbelievable awful mannerism very rude. I asked several people before I wrote this review because I wanted to make sure I wasn’t crazy. I will never understand why people work in professions where maybe a little empathy might be needed and they’re just cold and mean. Try using Dr. Donita which is a Nobel vet she’s very friendly and knows what’s going on."
