"This place has really gone downhill in the past couple of years. The staff is constantly changing and we never recognize anyone, and the people we do interact with are often rude or incompetent. We called ahead about flea medicine as part of our cat’s check up and they didn’t have it ready and didn’t bring it up until we asked about it at the end of the appointment. They seemed flustered trying to find it then told us they don’t carry that one anymore (even though the main reason for our appointment was getting more of this medicine, and we made that clear on the phone), then tried to give us an alternative that we had never heard of, even though they had just sworn by the old one they recommended to us 6 months ago. I assume this one is cheaper for them, but it has worse reviews and i’m not going to give my cat a different medicine than the one I already know works great for her, just because this vet is too cheap to carry the better one. Meanwhile another employee with their back turned kept interrupting our conversation to talk to the person who was trying to help us, which made us feel rushed. It is stressful enough having to take your pet to the vet and they only make it worse by providing such a bad customer service experience. We’ve been coming here for about 5 years with our cat but we will not be coming back. It seems like they don’t value good employees because the ones we had good experiences with in the past are gone, and no one here seems to have any customer service experience. I’d recommend looking elsewhere for your pet care."

"I love this place. Dr. David and staff are just wonderful. You feel like they truly care about your pet. Their approach is gentle and loving. The vet's office finally seems like a calm place instead of a scary place. I brought my senior dog here and it's the best of both worlds because they provide so many different modalities of treatment so you have options to customize your pets care. It's a holistic approach - they offer acupuncture, herbalism, etc as well as more traditional medical treatments. Just a gem of a place, I'm so glad it's an option for us."

"If I could give over 5 stars, I would ⭐️ The staff is incredibly friendly, CARING, and HELPFUL! Went in yesterday for a first time exam, and found out my girl has hip dysplasia. The team immediately made an action plan to assist with the situation, and even kindly administered acupuncture the same day. This place cares as much about your babies as you do. It did not feel like a rushed experience, and they were so encouraging of questions, while really really taking their time with the patient and us the pet parents. The doctors even sat down on the floor with Stella to pet her and make sure she felt comfortable. Thank you so much Doctor David and Danielle for making our first time there so amazing!! We felt welcomed and calm even receiving these hard news. Thank you for everything, and we are Excited to continue Stella’s health journey with this team!"

"I cannot speak highly enough of this place. The entire team here truly cultivates a welcoming experience unlike any other place I have received care for my pet. My dog needed urgent care over the holidays and they got us in right away when our regular vet turned us away. We have made this our primary vet since then. Dr. Bowen is the most nurturing and thorough veterinarian I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. My dog Maggie can get very nervous at the vet but Dr. Bowen has such a soothing presence that it always puts my sweet girl at ease. Even this past visit Maggie rolled over to show her belly to Dr. Bowen when she entered the room. They have called to follow up on how their treatment plan is working and make sure that Maggie is recovering as expected. We’re so grateful for this awesome team!"
