"Upon walking in this office I received zero greeting . The receptionist picked up the phone and said “ can you cover my lunch break “ my appt was for 1pm . Another receptionist who was very nice got my information around 12:55 and said they’ll call you back shortly . At 1:15 I stated I needed to go to work around the corner and would have to leave shortly . At 1:20 I was seen by a medical assistant and he checked my wt and vitals . As the clock approached 1:40p I had enough . This clinic is for team members and if this 40 minute past appt time is acceptable to them then get a new work ethic . Never again . I’ll try the Clearwater office and hope for better service for team members .Very disappointed"
