"I had a test done here 1/23 no problem booking a sleep test and taking my money. 6 weeks have gone by and they haven't billed my insurance so my other doc appointments are trying to collect saying I haven't met my deductible. Well I have called 9 times and my insurance company rep has been calling. No calls back. At this point I want my receipt so I can submit my bill. I will have to go elsewhere to finish the 2nd part of my test."

"This is in regard to Summer Demetrius who is based out ot the Clearwater office of Serenity Sleep Solutions. I am so lucky to have found her. I ran around for 3 or 4 weeks before I could find a company that was in-network with my insurance company AND had a representative who was pleasant to work with and Competent. Finally, I called Summer after finding out about Serenity Sleep Solutions through my insurance company. THAT DAY, Summer called my ENT physician And brought the in-home sleep study apparatus to my house. She spent, as much time as I thought I needed to show me how to work the equipment but, in addition, encouraged me to call her later that evening if I became confused. Well, I did become confused, no surprise, and called her close to 10:00 p.m. Summer was so patient and, again, slowly walked me through the instructions. I was very thankful that I called her for further help. Summer promised me that she would pick up the equipment the next evening and promptly did so. In conclusion, Summer was an incredible representative of Sleep Solutions and I was extremely lucky to have found her."

"Staff is professional and friendly. They were quick to return phone messages. Call to find out what insurance they take. I did the home test. Equipment was clean. Staff explained things very well and made certain I could call them in the middle of the night if I encountered any issues. But no issues. I picked up my equipment and the office was clean and pleasant. I didn't live far from the office, so they offered to pick up the equipment in the morning, today, which was great. Now to wait for the analysis. Looks like they have several options once they have evaluated my test. Good choice!"
