"Excellent service and staff! I've had 3 great procedures there. Just make sure they have the current procedure orders in the event something was changed at your doctors office prior."
"The doctor called and asked us to come in 30 minutes early. When we got there, we sat in the waiting room for an hour waiting for our appointment. It ended up he was actually 30 minutes behind. So instead of having us come in 15 to 20 minutes later and wait a shorter period of time he had us come in 30 minutes early and wait for an entire hour. Completely unacceptable."
"By forewarned, they say they take Care Credit but they’re not listed on the Care Credit “Pay a Provider” area. You can pay day of service but once I you have a bill, the billing department cannot take Care Credit payment over the phone (altho I don’t know why because my dentist does it all the time). When I tried to get in touch with the office, all they tell me is the two people I can talk to about it aren’t there to call back. Now my bill might be late. I have never had to work so hard to pay someone money that I owe them. They also pulled the same thing on me that others have listed here that they don’t tell you the large amount you owe until you get there & then guilt you into paying whatever you can. They make it really uncomfortable as a patient. I gave three stars because the nurses were friendly & really put me at ease when I was anxious and they finally contacted me for payment over the phone. However, the front desk woman was rude, unhelpful and provided the worst customer service experience. She is completely unfriendly, has a “blah” approach & demeanor to every interaction. I have been in customer service for 20 yrs and work front desk at a doctors office and there is no way she would last in our office. The front desk person is the first person you see and they set the tone and atmosphere for the whole visit. They are really failing here in that aspect. If you have any choice, do not use West Coast Endoscopy & I suggest any providers should choose another facility."
"When I arrive for my appointment, got checked, I was told at that moment I owed 413.00! Then they asked if I could pay half. This was never told to me before hand. Then they had the nerve to ask if I could call someone else to pay that for me! No payment arrangements were offered. They were not going to do anything without money first! Unacceptable! If course they blamed the insurance company and the insurance company blamed the facility. I will get to the bottom of this! It's been 3 weeks, I've requested a call 3 times and no response. What does that tell you?"
"Worst run medical facility. I had to wait over 2 hours sitting in my car because no one had decency to call and say they were running behind. Talking to another patient they said this was common practice for this facility. Once inside, the area I had to wait was not cleaned prior to them bringing me in. Wrappers and paper towels, etc on floor. Gross! You would think especially now with Covid-19 medical facilities would be spotless between patients."
