I told them I was in tremendous pain, they told me the wait would be 20 to 30 minutes....it took them almost an hour to fill my pain meds. Then a lady walks in while I'm waiting, and they filled hers right away...I guess my skin color wasn't the right shade to get help. This lady was just talking and enjoying her day, meanwhile I am sitting there in pain. One of the ladies even took phone calls...and filling other prescriptions.... ( just having spinal fusion a week prior) I was treated as a drug seeker, they called my surgeon to confirm and advised them the same thing. This is incredible uncalled for and humiliating. The staff was rude from the moment I came to drop off the script. Very short and clipped for no reason. Patients dont need to go somewhere looking to be judge and treated poorly."
