"Everyone is over all very kind. The office looks outdated. Front desk is very distracted, not welcoming at all. I was sent a referral in the mail with a sticky note attached stating I needed to get blood work done. That's very ghetto. As I was checking in an employee was informing another patient of a balance on their account. I work in health care and didn't pass my customer service expectations. Will likely not be returning. I was a first time patient so I had to get established. Wasn't really impressed with the care given. Did their breathing tests and x-rays for them to confirm I have controlled asthma which , I knew as I've been diagnosed in and out of the hospital with episodes since I was 4. Whatever. Dr called in a prescription for me for an inhaler due to me being on continuing treatments on my nebulizer to help me get better. The pharmacy contacted the doctors office letting them know my insurance didn't cover the inhaler to possibly give me an alternative. No response. It's been well over a month. I'm managing my condition but still not better. Probably won't be returning here."
