"I recently completed the 5 session program. Which spans over 25ish days. Prior I had trouble falling asleep and sometimes staying asleep. Also, a bit of brain fog. I've tried every sleep aid in the book outside of a cpap or surgery. Within a few days, I experienced a big difference in sleep right away. I'm falling asleep a lot quicker as my mind isn't racing as much as it used to. I haven't felt any brain fog days/mornings. So definitely has helped me there. I haven't felt a massive shift in energy but better. My wife mentioned I have come off as more energetic. Less lounging around I guess. Personally, I have noticed more improvement in mental clarity than anything as a result of sleeping better. Also, I have experienced an improvement in my golf game.
