"Altamonte office staff needs to at least acknowledge patients when you come in. I drive 45 minutes to come here because Dr Lurdes Davila is amazing however the front desk staff should have more custome service and make feel patients welcome."

"This office is a joke. The office manager, Angel hung on the phone on me twice!!! they sent a prescription to the pharmacy and the pharmacy has been waiting for additional information for several days. I went to the office in person to let them know and they said they would get in contact with them. 4 days later nothing happened. I called the doctor's office again and after waiting 1 hour the call center transferred me to the office manager ANGEL. I was trying to explain to him that the information he was giving me did not match what the pharmacy told me. I asked him if he could call the pharmacy directly to make sure he had the correct information and he hung up on me. Then I called again and told him one more time to please contact them and he said he was going to call when he had the time and hung up the phone again."

"Absolutely broken referral authorization system. Not one single time has a referral been handled correctly. I have had to cancel appointments with specialists and follow ups. Simply because a referral was mishandled. And then to try to call in to get it resolved takes a minimum of 45 minutes. And then there’s a good chance your call will get dropped. Notes are not put in the file so they have to start all over again. I’m changing my plan during open season because this is ridiculous."

"Once I waited over one hour and a half. I guess I should have not made the appointment later in the afternoon, my Dr. Was exhausted and went over my blood work and tests too fast, I had to ask, what about my cholesterol level and other important results I needed to know. I do complain about how long it takes them to answer the phone. Sending referrals is another ordeal. I'm going to give it one more chance."

"Dr Anibal Rosario is great but the administrative staff and the referral authorization personnel needs improvement. Mostly on answering their phones, appointments changes and getting back to you. Be ready to wait 2-3 hours after your appointment. They recently had a breach in their data and patient info where compromise. I gave them 2 star because of Dr Rosario he makes it worth it. Hope they improve…"
