"While still under some construction with loud sounds in waiting area and limited parking, it was still a pleasant visit to get an MRI. I would have preferred a little more information and clearer instructions by the Radiologist (if that was his title). He did offer something to cover my eyes since I was a little claustrophobic which helped me get through the MRI much easier than my previous try that I had to stop in a smaller machine in Oviedo. Thank you everyone at the front desk who were very pleasant. I will only go here when given the choice for future needs."

"The service that I received was excellent. The facility was well kept, both radiology technicians, John and Stephanie were outstanding in their caring attitudes. Highly recommend this facility. If I had a problem, it was in receiving too many push notifications prior to my visit and even while waiting for the exam at the facility!"

"Very good. MRI scan was on time, Tech was very nice. Excellent, clean facility. Recommend doing your pre-exam forms before your appointment using the email they send you."

"I will say it started off with them saying that they didn’t receive my referral even though I had an automated voicemail saying they got my referral and for me to call and schedule which the front desk made calls to get right away to make it right The service was friendly and helpful so I say the employees are excellent. The set up on appointments leaves you watching the friendly and helpful associates run around like crazy trying to get to everyone and everything as fast as possible while you sit and wait for way to long. I had to walk out before getting my results because 2 and a half hours was much longer than I expected. Thankfully I did get my results by email by the next day."

"My daughter had to get an X-ray at this location and we were pleasantly taken care of by a number of staff. I originally was supposed to go somewhere else, but after talking to the receptionist about my Expected wait time I decided to come in and try out being a walkin vs my other appointment. They were able to get us seen and out the door before the other one was supposed to happen.. and I didn’t have to go any longer! Can’t thank them enough."
