"A picture paints a thousand words. I have delivered 5 children and never have I experienced bruising to this proportion, in all the years I’ve gotten my blood drawn. I had this done on Friday…..my arm was swollen and hurt very bad. It is Monday and you can see from the yellowing that it is healing, however, steer clear of EVERY Quest location!!!! On top of my physical issue, I can see an employee on her phone instead of helping clients. Minus stars for me!!"

"Made an appointment today and was in and out in 10 minutes. Taz did a wonderful job. I’m always nervous about getting blood work done and she was so friendly and I did not feel a thing!! She was amazing! Highly recommend this location for bloodwork!"

"This place sucks so bad….. Angie has no respect for any patient is awful, sarcastic and verbalize in front of all the people that she doesn't care if you as a walk in and wait for hours… A patient ,as walk in, poor man waiting since 6 am, on his 80’s age and they served the patient around 2 pm…. Isn't this a cruel and not compassionate service for the elder??? And the community?? The state should visit this place and evaluate this abuse to the elderly, kids and the community. They never called a walking patient.… Total injustice… Please do not come to this place, you will be super mistreated…"

"My experience is the worst ever at this location. They are very laid-back, slow, and not urgency sense. Seems that all the workers at this location just are worried about their paychecks on the 15th and the 30th. Is a person coming to the main lobby just coming to call people with a rude attitude. This person should be helping to decrease the waiting line instead waking doing nothing... Is super disappointing to receive this kind of poor services..And the worst part THIS IS NOT for free!!! We are paying for it! I hope management can fix these serious procrastination habits at this Quest Location. Totally UNACCEPTABLE."
