"Terrible service. System told me I didn't have an appointment (when I had just scheduled one the day before) Jennifer was pushy and rude. Wouldn't allow me the time to contact my insurance provider when I realized I had misplaced my insurance card. I would rather remain sick than have to speak to her ever again."

"Wow, I have no idea why their rating is so low. Oh wait, because most people only leave reviews to complain! I had such an incredible experience at this location and with their provider, Emmanuelle Ballenilla, NP. She really took the time to get my history, understand my symptoms, and discuss treatment options. She was also very personable and likeable. I've been searching for a good urgent care since I moved to the area. I have repeatedly had bad experiences with the other chain that takes my insurance, AdventHealth Centra Care. This Minute Clinic location is now my go-to choice for urgent care. The online scheduling was great too!"

"Would give 0 stars if I could - scheduled an appointment online around 8am for the first available appointment that evening at 5:50 and arranged our day to accommodate. Showed up at 5:30 to check in and they are CLOSED. Now it's too late to get an appointment anywhere else and we had to go to an walk-in late night urgent care and wait 2 hours to be seen. Not a review of the doctor, since we never even saw anyone but the App or Online portal is obviously broken. I got an email canceling the appointment that evening time stamped 7:30 p.m. No excuse - if you know you are closed you need to call / text / email the patients affected by the closure."

"If I could give negative stars I would! The nurse at the minute clinic was so rude and unfeeling. I have never been treated so poorly. I refrained from giving her a piece of my mind as I was bringing my young son to be treated. I didn't have insurance and after already being rude she then told me that the visit would be at least $250. I explained that the website states a low flat visit rate for all people with or without insurance and she laughed and said "well, not for you!" I've never experienced such horrible treatment. Needless to say we left and went to Nite Lite Pediatric clinic and had the best experience! ***BEWARE... DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC!*** I will never set foot in another CVS!"

"Started feeling a cold coming on, went to this location to get an early jump on it before it got worse. No matter what I told the doctor about my symptoms, she didn't seen to want to prescribe an antibiotic, she opted for a holistic approach and gave me an over the counter cough medication. The very next day I had a fever, heavy coughing, and wheezing when i breath. Of course they dont answer the phone and there were no appointments for the next 3 days. Would have been better off at my regular doctor had I waited one more day. Lesson learned, stay away from minute clinic."
