"My wife and I brought our dog Nami to Quail Roost Veterinary Hospital in an emergency, and we were pleased with the care she received. For this reason, we decided to make this our regular veterinarian for our two dogs, Nami and Max. I received a quote of $1,612 for Max and Nami's dental cleaning, neutering, and vaccines. I was also told that there would be a 10% discount for military service, so I scheduled the appointment for December. However, due to work and scheduling conflicts, I had to reschedule for January 12th. When I called Quail Roost to confirm the appointment, I was informed that the prices for the services had gone up, and the discount for military service was not available. I wanted to discuss this with the vet, but the receptionist was unhelpful and dismissive. I drove to the hospital to talk to the vet in person, but I was refused a meeting and told to take my business elsewhere. I spent over $4,000 at Quail Roost and had intended to spend more, but I was treated poorly and made to feel like a nuisance. I believe that as a customer, I deserved better treatment and communication, especially since I had questions about the changing prices for their services. I am disappointed with Quail Roost Veterinary Hospital's lack of support for military service members and veterans. If you fall into this category, I recommend that you avoid this establishment."

"I am beyond happy with my experience here!!! My girl has a vet that I'm happy with, but she needed a complicated surgery that her vet had never performed. I called Quail Roost, and they informed me that the vet does perform it but had to evaluate her first. They are SO great!!! Everyone is so nice! Dr. Guerrero is amaaaziiing! He took me to the back the first day, showed me her X-rays, and explained the procedure. I called to schedule the surgery, and they fit me in right away. They said I could call during the day to check on her, and they called me as soon as she was out of surgery to let me know she was ok. When I went to pick her up, both the staff and the vet explained the meds and gave me instructions. Dr. Guerrero took me to the back to show me new X-rays and go into detail about why her surgery was complicated. I was freaking out, but he sounded so confident that I felt reassured that she was in good hands. Dr. Guerrero is very knowledgeable and empathetic. Afterwards, he carried my fat girl to the car and placed her down gently. He performed a tail amputation and a spay, and I'm very satisfied with the results. "My cat was sick and his vet was closed today memorial day, so I went to Quail Roost Animal Hospital for the first time. He was seen right away, no appointment, Dr. Guerrero and staff were able to physically manage him without making him nervous and the doctor was able to pinpoint the problem in just a few minutes. The office and exam rooms were very clean, and I was extremely satisfied with the care he received today. Staff and doctors were very friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable, and I am switching to Quail Roost Animal Hospital as of today!"

"My 13 yr old, blind Chi fell off the couch and couldn't wall on his back legs. I called Quail Roost Animal Hospital & they saw us within the hour. Everyone there is so nice & friendly. Even the other patrons & their animals, when a dog willingly runs into the Vets office and up to the counter, you know he's had good experiences there. The Vet was extremely thorough in her exam of my pup and told me what she was doing & why throughout the exam. Luckily, my furbaby had no breaks, just really bad arthritis which was made worse when he fell. She gave him a shot & some medication to take at home. They followed up with me a week later to see if he was doing any better. Definitely recommend them for your beloved pet."
