"My dog is GONE. She is DEAD. My BABY is gone and she was old but she was in GOOD health before I brought her here. These pictures are after I picked her up from this groomers. She was in pain, barely walking, squinting, not eating or drinking, couldn’t bark… she was SUFFERING right after we picked her up. It’s been a couple days later and she did not get better, she’s gone now. And these people refuse to take any accountability and continue to taunt us by saying we were the ones who brought an “elderly, sick dog” to their facility. They also NEVER check for vaccination records at this place, not once did they ever ask for either one of my dogs’ records. So ontop of their lack of compassion, horrible customer service, and mistreatment of my dog they also are unsanitary. Our dogs deserve to be treated like royalty during these services, I wish I could go back… please take your fur baby somewhere else if you really care for them. Rest In Peace to my baby"
