"Pharmacists are rude, lazy, and lack consideration for clients. Bad service, especially the night shift Wednesday crew, who got progressively slower as the pharmacy got closer to closing time. I was in line by 740, and it took the crew of four, 20 minutes to take care of 3 clients. The two other pharmacists who were stocking items had seen the long line and kept working at their individual tasks, and finally, at around 7:55, one of the two decided to open up the second register. Otherwise, only 2 would have been seen in that 20-minute time period. The single most inconsiderate person in the team was the lead pharmacist, who was called over to answer a customers questions after* she had her prescription filled. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this, but the main pharmacists should had taken the client to the consultation window instead of blocking her coworker from ringing up more clients. In the end, I did not get my service, but this is ok. I feel terrible for the pregnant woman and the elderly people behind me who stood in line for around half an hour to not get there medication. Walgreens across the street is better in all ways. They are open 1 hour earlier and 2 hours later. The staff is much more considerate of clients' time and health concerns. I will no longer be having my prescriptions serviced at CVS."
