"good afternoon, today I visited the cvs located at 20345 old cutler road, it is worth mentioning that the store was in rush hour, many people, but my waiting time in line to pay was acceptable, I did not intend to leave immediately when I arrived in line to pay, but I am pleased to mention the friendliness and cordiality of the employee at the cash register, Nicholas, who despite the fact that there were so many people in line, served each customer with a pleasant smile and respectful attitude. we need more employees like Nicholas at cvs pharmacies."

"Parents beware!! This CVS does not care about children. My child needed a refill on the syringes to take his medication. My call was on hold for 30 minutes before someone answered. The gentleman told me that it was out of stock he'll place an order for tomorrow. I asked him to locate it at another CVS. He places me on hold and the call was disconnected 10 seconds later. So, I had to call again at which someone disconnected my call again! The third time I called someone answered about 10 minutes within the called. I asked to speak to the pharmacist I explained to him what happened to me earlier and how important it was that my son had syringes. To my shocking surprise, the pharmacist told me he was very busy right now and cannot help me find the syringes at another CVS. He then placed me on hold again. I hung up the phone because it seemed like I wasn't getting anywhere with this CVS. I called corporate immediately after and filed a complaint about this matter. The agent I spoke to Ashley, help me on the phone by calling three different CVS until she located my son's syringe. She's truly a blessing. This CVS is very rude and unprofessional."
