"Enjoy the staff during visits! Extremely frustrated that billing never answers the phone. You leave a voicemail and if you miss their return call, two days later, you’re back in the same phone tag loop all over again. PLEASE fix this!!!"

"I had home health visits from Baptist Infusion nurses and also had supplies delivered weekly following a surgery. They contacted me prior to each visit to schedule a convenient time, were always punctual, professional care was provided in my home including dressing changes, blood draws, and education on changing my IV bags daily. Supplies were delivered on time and I always received a call prior to delivery to see if I needed anything. In the beginning of the process when I didn’t know they’d call me each week I called them twice to request supplies and a person answered each call and was incredibly friendly and able to assist me. They made a difficult experience easier for me."

"Amy is amazing and even though I was in critical care in the hospital 3 weeks, I never had anyone that could find a vein. Amy hits it Everytime with no pain and suffering and had always been out of there in 3.5 hours! Just as awesome as the place I used to go in Charlotte, NC. Thank you Amy and the others there that made it a peaceful experience!! As soon as I can change my insurance, I will be back."

"This is by far the worse company I have dealt with . It’s all voicemails no one return phone calls Leslie mincey is as sorry as a person can be I have left voicemails for weeks no calls back . The supply number 2024340 all voicemails no calls back . Even tried the director and the main number all voicemails. This is pathetic customer service . Breathing is essential to life but yet you can’t get a person at all . If you want to keep your sanity switch to fletchers I never had any issues when I was with them . This is awful awful service ."

"They are not honest with their clients all you get lies from this company. I called this place on Aug 5 to reorder my cpap supplies to shipped On the 7th (my date for replacement) I called again On the 13th when the supplies did not arrived so I made another call and she said the package was shipped by By FedEx and she tracked It and she said it should be here by Friday(14th) 8 pm The truth was they shipped it Friday morning to arrive by Saturday...Its all in the tracking history and their invoice date the 14th the day I called. So could not even tell the truth that they forgot to shipped it I would have rather they be honest and say they forgot and we will take care of the matter right away then me waiting around all day Friday for the package which they knew would never arrived that day. I wish I could say this was the first time this has happen but its not. My friend uses them for supplies and they do the same thing to her."
