"I have been with Dr Lambrix for one and one half years when we moved to Jacksonville. When he was moved to the Riverside office although a longer ride I followed him. I don’t have issues with the Dr. My issue is with your front staff and your policies. I always make an appointment but yesterday Nov 29, 2023 I was very sick couldn’t breathe, coughing my asthma was critical. It was during the day so I chose to see the dr. I didn’t want to go to the ER. Experience has been very negative. I explained to the front desk that I’m a walk in, her reply was not your policy to allow walk in. I had to call your appointment desk to make an appointment. After several unpleasant conversation Lakisha head nurse came to me saw that I couldn’t breathe brought me to a room gave me water and the Nurse Practitioner Craig saw me immediately he prescribed medicine. I have an appointment with Dr Lambrix next week WellCare follow up. WHY COULDN’T this be done in the beginning instead of agitating the patient. If your policy is No Walk Ins you should notify your patients before choosing your group. If it is not your policy your staff should be better trained. I suggest you review you policy. Although I would love to stay with Dr Lambrix, I regret I will look for another group that is patient friendly. Esther Santiago"
