"The nurse Elizabeth? i think was her name , couldn’t remember because she was so rude. Denied my insurance even though they accept the one i had provided. Later got a phone call saying that the insurance provided at the previous appointment was accepted but it was under a different state. I’m not from florida, so whoever had accepted my insurance previously to this incident (same location) put the wrong state and accepted it. Not sure if it’s because it’s 9am and she’s cranky, but i wouldn’t come to this location unless you want to deal with this."

"They helped me get a new inhaler from the manufacturer when the pump on mine broke and they filled my daughters prescriptions immediately adter leaving the urgent care. This pharmacy has heart!"

"The pharmacy here is terrible, prescriptions take over 24 hrs to be filled despite refill from the app. If you go in person to pick them up when they aren't ready it'll still be over 30 mins until they are ready. I have used CVS for years for my prescription needs but this location prompted me to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere"

"Worst CVS I have been to. I had recently just moved to Tampa and was trying to get my flu shot. I’m a Veteran and CVS usually does my flu shots (and any other veteran) for free. They said my card wasn’t working and tried to just get me to pay for the shot. Went to the CVS down the street inside of a target and they helped me with no problem. Workers had no ounce of customer service skills in them. Workers were in appropriate and joking around about the people going through the drive thru to pick up their prescriptions. Worst CVS and need customer service and professionalism training!!!"

"If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. This pharmacy should be shut down! Ever since my scripts were transferred here from another store that closed its been issue after issue. Last month my script got lost for 6 days, another was put on hold even though the script changed & yeaterday a script was called in for me from urgent care at 4pm & its still in process today. I can't speak to an actual person & NONE OF my messages are being returned when i can get through to the mailbox. 98% the mailbox is full & can't even leave a message. This place is a disgrace & should be shut down"
