"We adopted Roger ten months ago and he had mass cell tumor on his foot and chest. We went to FETCH to have his tumor on his chest removed and we’re so glad that we did. From the moment we met Dr. Enderle, we knew we were at the right place. She sat with us and explained every single thing in detail! She is so up front, detailed, and extremely caring! She is the first vet who has ever called us personally on the day of Roger’s surgery, not once, but twice! "I rushed my baby here and they said she was not breathing when she was rushed in and she was. Then they stated they administered CPR and only 5% of the time they don't wake up or make it. They put her on oxygen and she was later stable. I went in to see my baby she was standing up and could see us when they said her eyesight was gone. When I left I then received a phone call saying she was gone and they had to revive her again and that I should let her go due to quality of life. They said shortly after I left she was gone but I didn't receive a call until hours later. But my baby was fine when I left. I saw her and she was fine. I wish I would've stayed the entire time. I pray to God this hospital did not kill my baby."

"Both the oncology office and the emergency department did not disappoint. We came to Dr. Costa for a second opinion and after finding out our baby boy had metastatic spleen cancer she suggested the best palliative testament for our baby. Everybody at fetch has amazing bed side manner, they do not view your pet as animals but as people. Once our dog got ill, it was a no brainer that we would be taking him to the emergency department. I called them on the way there and seconds after checking in the staff was running outside to get our dog from the parking lot. Unfortunately, our dog crossed the rainbow that night but they made the experience a peaceful one. Even when we picked up his urns they showed compassion. Do not hesitate bring your baby in. Weeks later I am still bragging about both offices. I can not thank them enough for everything."

"I cannot say better things about Fetch, their staff, and their facility. I was initially referred to Dr. Merkle/Fetch in April 2022, by a vet at BluePearl, for my dog, a 9.5 year old (at the time) Great Pyrenees with Osteosarcoma. We were referred to Fetch to begin Stereotactic Radiation and chemotherapy. Dr. Merkle is so wonderful, and was amazing to work with. After my dog’s initial treatments with Dr. Merkle, we transitioned into working with Dr. Costa, who has been equally amazing. The two would collaborate on different approaches to her treatment & made everything feel very seamless. My dog, also, as of recent had her cancer metastasize (which is expected) and ended up having surgery with Dr. Enderle, which went super smoothly, and my dog had a quick recovery. The vets again collaborated to plan the best time to fit in this time sensitive surgery amongst her chemotherapy treatment. We just wrapped up treatment at Fetch, and are currently in the process of enrolling my dog in a clinical trial at UF— something that wouldn’t have been able to happen without all of the staff at Fetch’s assistance. All of that said, my dog’s prognosis was initially 8-9 months. Currently, we are at 17 months post-diagnosis, and we would not be here if it weren’t for the amazing vets, vet techs, and admin staff at Fetch. The front office is always super accommodating, and responsive to all emails, phone calls, and other requests. My dog has never been a huge fan of going to the vet, but she is always in good spirits at Fetch and loves all the attention from the staff. I cannot say thank you enough to everyone there, they certainly have exceeded every expectation, and truly helped my dog beat the odds. I am forever grateful for this amazing team!"
