"My husband and I will be forever grateful for the staff at Petsmart. We frequent there often as we use the vet and grooming services. One of our dogs had a seizure during a drop off appointment and Toni and Cassidy along with other staff members rushed him to Blue Pearl for immediate treatment, using one of their personal vehicle. Toni and Cassidy stayed with our baby until we arrived at Blue Pearl. The whole experience was quite traumatic for everyone involved. However, the staff was wonderful and did whatever they could so that my husband and I were comforted during this time. The manager followed up with us the same day and following day to make sure we were doing ok. We cannot thank everyone enough. It feels like everyone here truly cares!"
"This PetSmart ALWAYS has what I need for my reptiles. All the other stores have let me down when I need specific feed. They also have been my go to when I couldn't find baby guinea pigs for my son's bday. Store is always clean and staff very helpful and friendly."
"I am very disappointed in Petsmart right now. I have shopped at the Causeway location for over 2 years for my 2 dogs and bearded dragon. I buy multiple boxes of dog treats at a time to fill their kongs. 4 of the last ones had moths and worms. I brought 3 of them back but they wouldn't return them because they couldn't find the receipt. I went to check their stock on the shelf and they had them too. There was an actual moth flying around the boxes and I showed the cashier. He said they still couldn't take them back. I told him that they needed to do something with their stock and he said that the manager had been notified. So my advice to you is check your dogs treats and hold on to your receipts. Because they see me in there every week and it didn't matter."
"We had such an amazing experience here! I just moved to the area and we were having a hard time finding a good groomer to work with my full size standard aussiedoodle. He has quite the energetic personality and they took him in with no problem! They gave me the best package that would work for what he was getting. hyang cha R Was his groomer. She did exactly what I asked and my pup looks amazing! She was so kind and patient with him. We will definitely be back! Thank you again petsmart for giving my special boy the best experience!"
