"I find it ironic that this business is called CARE animal hospital when there seems to be very little care in the work that they do. Sure appointments are easy to get here but they are irrelevant since the wait times to be seen range from 30- 90 minutes with an appointment. Once you actually get into a patient room you are rushed for time with the vet. I have never had the vet explain the treatments or medications given to my pets but rather a vet assistant not even a tech will come back in and read instructions of the medications box to me. It's ridiculous My cat was given eye ointment by one of the vets here that was later determined by another vet there that it was worsening her eyes condition. But they would not refund me $120 regardless of it being their mistake. Instead their solution was to have me pay $180 for new medications and schedule yet another follow up appointment. The vet and staff showed very little regard for the persistent discomfort that they put my cat through with their 1st ointment treatment. It felt as if they just wanted me to spend as much as possible rather than actually diagnose and treat my cat. Additionally, their vet assistant (not vet tech) wrapped their hands around my cats throat in order to hold her down. I had to show him how to properly scruff her. It was traumatic for my cat and she cowered from him the rest of the visit which is unlike her. I don't blame the vet assistant, he's just a kid who clearly was near taught how to properly subdue a cat. I will never go back here again. My pets deserve compassionate and caring vet care."

"My rat terriers have been seen at Care for approx. 8 years. The vets are always through, caring and try to what is best for them. They explain choices and medical decisions where they are understood. The front desk staff are always helpful in getting us an appointment esp. when more urgent. I can't praise them enough for all the help and care we have received over the years."

"I love this place we have gone here multiple times for my cat, link, and a couple of times for our iguana. The vetanarians are very nice and often have alot of solutions because they have pets of their own. They were very nice and gentle to my cat, and I appreciate that. They recommended that my cat with dandruff should get some moisturizer, and for his other issue they gave us medicine right over the counter so we didn't have to stop anywhere. 10/10 deserves more love ❤️"
