"This Banfield is so convenient and they took care of our senior dog so well. They were gentle and kind and very informative."

"We brought our dog in after she was attacked by another dog. When she was ready to pick up the vet gave me some antibiotics and sent me on my way. Once I got home and looked at wounds they did not look they had been cleaned. 2 days later we had to take her to the emergency vet due to an incredibly bad infection. After the emergency vet PROPERLY cleaned the wounds they were way worse than Banfield had led me to believe. I can't believe banfield would let my dog walk out of there without even trying to clean her wounds."

"Our dog was attacked by another dog and we brought her in to get the wounds cleaned. Even with our plan we still had to pay $150. We followed all the steps we were given for her recovery and two days later she had a massive infection and we had to take her to the emergency vet after banfield wouldnt answer our repeated calls to try and get her back in. After talking with them they told us that the wounds seemed like they were never properly flushed out and cleaned and that is why the infection was so bad. $964 DOLLARS later we now know we should of never trusted banfield and will be canceling our plan immediately. You almost killed our dog and have put my family in even more debt from your negligence. SHAME ON YOU!"

"Took my cat here for an eye infection. The Vet was extremely helpful in explaining all the tests they were going to run and gave me a good cost breakdown with all my options laid out. Also updated some shots, and everything was quick and easy and they handled my car with good care. Great local vet."

"Great Drs there, but the staff that works the reception is awful now. They scheduled me for my guinea pig to be seen when they don't have a Dr to see small pocket pets at that location so I drove over there for no reason. Not sure why they didn't realize this to call and tell me that before I came in at 5pm... . Waste of time and now my sick animal is waiting longer to be seen."
