Harmony Vet Care

"I have been going to Harmony Vet for over a year now with my 3 animals and had no issues until recently. About a month or two ago I made a appointment for my dog to get seen for his inflamed paw, and confirmed the date over text with the office. The day I arrived for the appointment they told me that it was cancelled because I didn't pay the deposit. I was never asked to pay a deposit for this visit. When I told them that all they told me was that I should have known even though they gave me no reminder and it slipped my mind, for all I knew they could have changed the policy. Today we went for the 3rd time to get my dog help for his paw and we waited for over a hour to be seen. I went there in person to schedule this appointment and was told that it was at 9:30 AM but they day before I was told that it was for 1:30 PM. We were very specific and told them that he would need sedation for his x-ray, but when we arrived for our appointment we were told that after 1:30 they cannot do sedation. They said they would get someone to stay for his appointment. 30 minutes later I went to the desk and asked when he could be seen. They told me that he was already being seen even though we were still in the waiting room. When a worker came to bring kilo to get checked we asked if they could trim his paw pads while he was sedated. The worker was very rude and started saying things like "that's definitely not going to happen." to our simple requests and even tried grabbing the leash from my father when we went to leave. That behaviour is totally unacceptable and outright rude. The doctors themselves are very nice and understanding but their workers are not properly trained and seem understaffed."

"Fast service, really caring techs, usually has some type of emergency apt available, if not their other locations might (Brandon). We had a cat with a weird eye issue, and it needed removed. They were able to do it for literally 1/3 of the cost of our normal/emergency vet. We were quoted 3-4k at other places for the surgery, harmony vet care did it for $1200, surgery, treatment, meds, bloodwork, neutering all included. And the surgery went great! Figaro is happy and healthy. They sent the eye out for testing (no cost to me) because they wanted to see what it was, they tried to call me back with the results, but I kept not getting an answer when I called back. It doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things what the results say, because the eye is gone and he’s better; but just curiosity I wanted to know. So I would say one small improvement area would maybe be post-apt communication, but even so, I’d still come back to them every single time, and recommend them fully!"

"I had 3 kittens spayed/neutered here and they took excellent care of them. The drop off/pickup process is a little time consuming but, with as many other people as there was there, I can see why it's done the way it is. Overall, I'm happy with our experience here. Would definitely use again if I lived closer."
