"Visited this CVS location multiple times recently, and there have been some noticeable changes. They've transitioned to self-checkout, which, while convenient, has impacted the overall in-store service. On the plus side, they do have a clinic on site."

"On OCT 21, 2023 aprox. 5:23pm we Drove to the Farmacy to see if the prescription had filled that I pick up monthly on other CVS without any issue. Basically, When I asked the pharmacist for my prescription from this Farmacy for Carpal tunnel syndrome, Migraines and other issues im dealing with but was told by Mr. FARMACIST said it wasnt ready and refuse to fill it and after moving around He "FOUNDED" Then He Denied me the prescription because He said that I was gonna over indulge it because one was a control substance and then He went so far as to embarrass me and called my Doctor and told my doctor I was over indulging this medication that he wasnt gonna fill. My Doctor told him to give me my medicine and called me on my phone and told me to file a formal complaint. HOW DARE HE DO SUCH A THING! We will go as far as I need to and By far the worst CVS to get your medicine. Mr Farmacist at CVS shouldn't be dealing with customers and there needs. I NEED THE ASSISTANCE OF CVS ASAP!!!"

"Very Rude! The pharmacist and the tech. I have been going to this CVS for 15 years and have never before been so poorly treated by someone who is supposed to be helping people with their health. I will be going to Publix from now on."

"This has been my store for 6 years now. It has always been great with their service, very polite and helpful staff. It’s usually crowded at peak hours since it’s a tourist area. Self checkout is mostly functional and the place is very clean. The one minute clinic is one of the best addition to the store. Had my boost shot in 10 minutes. It’s not a super store, but they do have a great variety. I am very please."
