She's always mentored an amazing staff to care for our fur-babies. On the latest visit Lisa was professional, efficient and funny as usual in helping us welcome our newest rescue boy into the COLA family. I would recommend COLA to everyone."

"My little Bentley (boy Maltese) was having issues with his breathing so we walk into the Animal hospital to see if he could be seen today. The lady behind the desk set an appointment for 3 pm. When we got there the new lady that was sitting there took us to a room in less then 5 minutes. I was so glad we didn’t wait a long time. We waited almost 10 minutes in the room before Lisa came in the room and took down all Bentley’s information . She ask questions we answered the best of acknowledgment. When the doctor came in she explained everything we told her. They checked Bentley out to see what was going on with him gave us medication ,a rabies shot and checked for Heartworms for Bentley and we took care of the bill right in the room so we got done we walked right out. "All I can say is thank you Dr. Palma for your professionalism and compassion for animals. My 18 years old cat Martin Maximiliano was refusing to eat and had lost a lot of weight. He has CKD and gets very scared when going to the veterinarian, so we knew this was a challenge. However. Dr. Palma, Lisa and the team were very careful on the way they treated him. They could take blood to analyze and give him some shots of vitamins. Through the blood results, Dr. Palma was very accurate on detecting what he had and prescribed some medicine. His reaction to the treatment she recommended was very good and thank God he is now playing, eating, and happy. I would like to add that not all vets give blood results same day, but Dr. Palma did it in about 20 minutes. In cases of emergencies like this was, having these results right away play a critical role on saving our pet’s life! Thanks a lot Circle of Life Animal Hospital!"
