"***Beware*** This place allowed an employee to abused my elderly dachshund. We had an unexpected situation occur where we wouldn’t be able to have our fur baby with us. We boarded him for 4 days which turned out to only be 2 after all so we came back early to find our baby soaking wet laying in a cage shaking and scared with a bleeding scar on his belly. We were Told that he had an accident in his bed so they were washing his things. Meanwhile this younger very ghetto acting very rude and flippant male assistant began to tell me how our dog doesn’t listen. That’s why he was left like that. Enraged, I asked for the manager and when she arrived she simply told us that she wasn’t aware of this and that we hey would be happy to put his things in The dryer and dry out dog off too. While we were inquiring as to why on Earth our dog had a cut on his belly, The male assistant, in an obvious effort to deflect from his guilt, began to make smart remarks about myself and my husband from behind the front desk until I finally got up and went to personally tell him off and shut him down. The woman who was the manager obviously had some other interest in this young male so she did absolutely nothing. We took our baby home and lived on him. Please beware of these people."

"We our new to Florida and we took our Golden Retriever to Gandy Animal Hospital for a couple of small issues and they have been Amazing!!! The staff were very welcoming and professional and put us at ease . We highly recommend them. And they don’t rip you off…"

"After the primary vet left along with some of their better staff members this place went downhill fast. The remaining staff members were extremely unhappy and were constantly complaining about their medical director during our visits. They started using traveling vets where each one had a different opinion regarding our animals care. It was a total nightmare. It got to a point where they couldn’t even fill a simple dog food script. Food that they recommend our dog be on. Needless to say we found a new vet but not before they transferred inaccurate records showing vaccinations and shots that did not even take place. Thank god our new vet caught the error. That could have caused serious problems for our dog. Do not take your pets here. The negligence at this place is off the charts."

"They were extremely concerned with my concern and took extra measures to ensure my puppy was in good shape before we walked out the door. Which is a green flag. They throughly examined my puppy and only charged me for what he needed. The doctor was phenomenal, personable and very knowledgeable. They called to make sure he was ok the next day. 10/10 would recommend. Very affordable for the procedure."

"I took my two grand-dogs for nail trimming and was charged a “technician fee” of $21 PLUS the nail trimming fee of $21. $42 for a single nail trim??? Shame on me for not asking before I loaded up both dogs and drove over! The girl that waited on us was not friendly. She acted like we were a bother for even being there. Beware of this place!!! WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!"
