EVS Pet Urgent Care Of Kissimmee

"Will not recommend this place to anyone. I called to see if I could bring my cat in. She's been coughing for the last 2 days, and this was the only place near that opened til 8pm. The person I spoke to said we could absolutely bring her in. When we got there, we rang the "bell", and this lady came up and we explained what was wrong. She said she needed to ask the vet if this was a situation they could help with. That concerned me as they are called "urgent care". My cat was coughing, she didn't need surgery as I knew they did not do operations. So she went back to talk to the vet, and then came back out and said the vet could not see her or prescribe anything unless we did blood work and x-rays. I completely understood about the prescription, but to do all that without even examining my cat? And she said both of those procedures would cost me roughly $800....I would have happily paid that for the care of my fur baby, but before the vet even saw her? A complete scam. Will never ever go there again"

"I couldn't get into my normal vet, so i took my dog in for an allergic reaction because i was worried she had hives and lumps. Courtney and Dr. Boyle were so friendly and nice with my jojo, she gave her some medicated dog shampoo. The quickest emergency vet I've ever been to no wait!!! Definitely recommend if you have a minor emergency for your pup!!! Thanks again Courtney and Dr. Boyle!! If I can't get into my normal vet I'll definitely be back!"

"I brought my nearly 14 year old pug in due to a UTI. Our vet is back in Canada so I had to use EVS Pet Urgent Care Kissimmee. From reception to vet treatment, everyone was kind, friendly, and extremely thorough. Veterinarian Ruben Pabon was lovely to deal with. If my pugs need any more urgent care when I am here each year, I will definitely bring them to this location again."
