"Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you to OBT-Orange Ave Pet Doc! My kitten sustained an injury on Monday afternoon and it did not get better by midnight of that night. I rushed him to an emergency, regrettably went to another vet they recommended, and my poor kitten and I were treated like absolute garbage by the corporate vet we were recommended to go to by the emergency vet. It took another animal hospital all the way in South Florida to care for my pet without even seeing him, knowing who I was, or anything to call around the Orlando area and find OBT-Orange Ave Pet Doc for me. I called right away, got my baby scheduled, and we went in the next morning. We were able to get three x-ray views of his leg, have him so lovingly and tenderly cared for by staff, many great and affordable recommendations for his care moving forward, and we did confirm his leg was broken and got him splinted. The care and consideration staff had for my kitty Sock was more than any other vet in this area had given him in the last 24 hours leading up to our appointment with OBT-OAPD, and I am very grateful for the help they've provided and look forward to working with them again. We will be doing a two-week check-in to see how Sock is recovering. I could not be more appreciative for the staff's swiftness in getting him checked out, caring for him, and being so accommodating and affordable for me in a time of need."
