"This place is amazing. Plenty of parking, and places to walk you pet before going in. Inside is clean and welcoming and the technicians greet you when walking in. The visit today was just a check up and update on shots. Everything was taken care of quickly and accurately. When I checked out I asked if they submit to the pet insurance company- Kim who asked me which one and with that set up Baxter's insurance on his file. Now this wasn't easy since my mistake was not bringing any info with me. She called and a few minutes later done. I also want to comment on how wonderful and caring everyone is. Thank you all."

"To say that Spring Oaks is AMAZING would be an understatement!! I can't put in words how thankful I am for them! They are compassionate, patient, honest and respectful! While I have had a wonderful experience with ALL the staff, I have to give a huge shout out to: Kim, Dr. Krudop and Kaylyn!!! In May my 2 yr old chocolate lab, Bentley, became ill. It came on sudden and in a matter of days he was rapidly declining. After spending all night at the emergency animal hospital and thousands of dollars later with no diagnosis, the next day I reached out to them and I knew when Kim answered the phone, I called the right place!! They got me in the same day and Dr. Krudop made an immediate dx : A rare form of autoimmune anemia. (IMHA) He started him on a treatment regimend and Bentley showed improvement by the next morning and then continued drastically improving! Dr. Krudop, Kaylyn and Kim are so patient and kind, they take time with you, answer any questions and help ease your worries! Fingers crossed my Bentley is now in full remission and back to his spunky self! They all love Bentley there and I have to say he knows he has a fan club! Lol! Even though every 2-3 weeks he had to go get a blood draw and he knew what was in store...he is still so excited to go see them! That says alot as he tends to be an anxious dog! From the bottom of my heart...Thank you so much!!! I recommend spring oaks to everyone I know that has furr-family members!! ❤️❤️❤️"
