CVS Pharmacy

"This place is severely understaffed. This is causing lots of poor customer service and ridiculous wait times at the pharmacy. And I don’t know why they advertise that their pharmacy has a drive through… it’s ALWAYS closed with a paper sign saying the drive through is “down”… fix it then! I don’t always have time to go in and wait on the long line just to pick up a prescription…. They need help. I will say though, they have a nice pharmacist lady there. She’s always super helpful. Wish I knew her name, but I know she’s Latina. Only come here if you’re a self-sufficient shopper (bc there is NO ONE there to help you) and if you have LOTS of time to burn… #itybityreviewsandconsulting"

"I have called this pharmacy to be updated on my son's prescription status several days in a row. I have been placed on hold and hung up on multiple times and have yet to have my questions answered as I can't get through. My husband has to drive down there in person to get answers."

"No way to get in contact with Minute Clinic for any info whatsoever. They don’t answer the phone. Pharmacy and front store employees have no way of reaching them either apparently. Poor customer service."

"If you are black don’t even bother going to the pharmacy here. The pharmacist name RAJ refused to speak to me and once again did not even acknowledge me, a customer. While he was helping the non-black customers. He sent the tech to speak to me when I was obviously was still confused as to why they lost my prescription. So unprofessional. At the end when I mentioned complaining to corporate that’s when he wanted to speak to me. When he had an audience of the people of a lighter complexion that he was tending to oh so gingerly. Disgusting."

"I have 2 coupons for my medications and the woman, Gezeall, at the counter claims she did use them, but when I looked at the price, it stayed the same before and after, but she lied to me by saying that I got some discount. What a liar."
