"Imagine you got you wife at home who just got a c-section and is in constant pain, I come for her medications only to hear half of the prescription is ready, they don’t have the others so they order it. They tell me it should be there by 2pm, day goes by without a text/call, i come back the next day JUST TO TELL ME the other 2 meds are over the counter meds and they were in the aisle the entire time! Horrible! Also i wanted to return some diapers she bought online and i also tried to return it, she only got an email confirming the purchase but it didn’t have a barcode so they could scan it. I ask can you look it up with the Order confirmation number and they said “it doesn’t work like that”, why the hell would the purchase have a confirmation number or my wife’s name in it, if it doesn’t have a purpose or use so it can be easy to find on the system."

"They consistently pick up their phone and hang it right back up if they are busy. If you call back you get put on the indefinite hold for having the audacity to even call them to begin with. I have never seen such horrible customer service in my life. They only let me pick up controlled meds 2 days in advance. I’ll call in 2 days in advance and they say you can pick up tomorrow morning. So now I’m essentially given 1 day to pick up my meds before I have to start the next day un medicated and wait for the pharmacy to open. I also have a full time job. So that means if for some reason I can’t come the day before in the pharmacy’s small window of being open I have to go a morning without my medication. Honestly I’m getting ready to speak to a lawyer because cvs has made me go one too many days without my needed medication."
