CVS Pharmacy

"Updated 1/9/24: drive-thru back open and open til 8pm, woo-hoo... back to the great service I'm used to... keep it up, CVS!!"

"The most disorganized pharmacy ever. This last time, I got a text message to come pick up my prescription and so I show up. They told me there that it costs 300% higher than normal. So, they they tell me my insurance will not pickup the rest until tomorrow and that I should come back tomorrow. I ask my wife to come back the next day and they tell her it’s not ready until 10/12. This isn’t the first goof up, either. I’m switching to OptumRX like my Dr suggested in the first place. I’m never setting foot in this store again. What a mess?! I should invoice them for my time and my gas but that’s just too much bother."

"The pharmacy is Awful! The slowest and worst customer service on the planet! You'll Wait Forever in the drive thru. Then if you go inside the store to pick up your prescriptions, it's a only slightly better. You still wait, people are looking you in the eye, so they're a little more polite. The drive-thru is Abysmal, avoided at all costs! I need to change pharmacies completely."

"I never have an issue with CVS. I always get my medications here and any other necessities i need. Usually have what your looking for. They also have a really cute jewelry stand with rings, bracelets, earrings, and necklaces really inexpensive. I’ll go back to buy a few little earrings"

"I'm actually done with CVS as a company. They will spam you with pharmacy refill phone calls that you can't stop without extreme effort and their privacy of your personal information leaves much to be desired. As for non pharmacy needs, this store is clean and has a great selection but I'm so tired of getting miles of receipts printed everyone i buy a pack of gum. CVS has known of this issue and how much customers hate it for years and they haven't fixed it yet.... Good for them for no longer seeking cigarettes but that's just not enough to cover the other massive issues with this company."
