"im leaving a 1 star review for the blatant lack of desire to fully keep the best interests of the animals at heart, ESPECIALLY for senior dogs who are dying. my dog is 14 years old in congestive heart failure, and they denied his medication because i refused to update him on vaccines due to his very old age and disease. According to florida law, exemptions are able to be given to dogs due to age or illness and never once have i ever had a problem with a vet meeting this very simple request for my senior dog. Im not very surprised though. kind, exceptional, caring vets are few and far in between. I had to leave our last vet due to the staff being so rude and never answering phone calls. I had hope in this location and quite frankly, i have a lot of hope in finding vets who are caring and understand our situation. It is very disappointing to see that a vets priority is giving a vaccine to a dying senior dog who never leaves the house over ensuring the final few months or year of the dog is comfortable and happy. I’ve seen all the negative reviews on here and still decided to try this place out because it’s so close to home. All i can say is that the man who works there, i assume the office manager, was actually very nice and friendly and kind to my children. He came into the room with a small. bin of toys for my kids to pick out and my kids still remember that. it was very sweet. but aside from that, if you’re looking for genuine care and not a vet whose looking to line their pockets and meet a vaccine quota, stay far away from here. Countryside animal hospital and/or kindred spirits animal clinic have been amazing with our family."

"Compassionate, caring, honest! Those are just a few words to describe the wonderful staff. We are snow birding in Florida and our cat (Carter) had to be put down on Dec 28 and we chose the closest vet hospital near us after reading the other reviews and they deserve the 5-stars because their service is just that! "My dog is animal aggressive & highly anxious so wanting to be in and out didn’t work like I had planned; the wait was a little long in the room but they were busy so I can’t complain too much I guess. Other than that everyone was friendly & made sure my questions were answered. My dog is very hard to handle due to her anxiousness. I have a follow up appointment soon, hopefully it won’t take as long. Update most recent appointment: Quinn needed her rabies shot, 2 cytopoint shots & her nails done. The 2 that helped Quinn this time were amazing! They didn’t act scared of Quinn at all. They talked to her and let her give kisses. She had to be muzzled to get her nails done because she doesn’t like it at all and they got the job done. Her nails look great! Thank you so much. I’m sorry I don’t know the names of the lady & guy that helped us but y’all are great!! We hope we get you both next time ❤️"

"This is really the best veterinary clinic I've ever found! The staff, the medical service, the attention of their employees and the love and respect they give to each pet is second to none. Unfortunately, Dr. Young is no longer present but, her love and respect for pets was so immense that she stayed in the clinic forever... You can feel it in the environment and in her employees. If you are looking for a place where they really take care of your pet in every way, this is the right clinic! I definitely recommend it!"
